Fabian was born in Germany and studied architecture and urban planning at the University of Stuttgart, which included a semester at the University of Technology in Kraków. His projects on cityscapes and the design of a salon for electric-powered vehicles earned him two awards.
Between degrees and after graduation, Fabian undertook internships at four very different practices, including a young architectural practice in Kraków with no built work, a civil engineering practice, and Foster + Partners. He also spent three months in 2018 under the hot Tanzanian sun helping to build a primary school designed by a friend.
Fabian joined Walters & Cohen in November 2018 and is working on a residential project for St Paul’s School and a new sixth form centre for King Alfred School.
