Nurturing Client Relationships

Cindy and Maitrivajri, our client for the Vajrasana Buddhist Retreat Centre, took part in the RIBA's 'Nurturing Client Relationships' CPD on Tuesday.

The seminar provided a good opportunity for Cindy and Maitrivajri to articulate what made the architect/client relationship so productive. Maitrivajri shared her experience of the design process from a client's perspective, while Cindy emphasised the importance and value of a client-focused approach to projects.

The CPD also included discussion of the RIBA's new briefing toolkit and the results of their client survey, which will be published in November.
